CFE: Mark Warner's Science Smear

THE BACKGROUND: Wired had a brief item about how Twittr users just luuuuuuuuvvvvvvveeeed Mark Warner's specious dig last night that, "Just think about this: In four months, we will have an administration that actually believes in science!"

Following the couple of brave souls dared post facts in the face of the liberal mob there, I tossed in this 1/50th of a dollar which I'm sure will enrage the oh-so-tolerant libs there:

I threw up a little in my mouth when I heard Warner say that because it is such a hoary and unfounded trope, but the liberals so love to regurgitate it into each other's tweeting mouths and swallow it whole.

Just because the Federal government isn't funding research that Josef Mengele would approve of doesn't mean that conservatives don't believe in science. There is nothing preventing PRIVATE RESEARCH on any sort of stem cells the people who wish to play god so choose to experiment with. Did we need a Manhattan Project to come up with Viagara? Exactly.

Liberals believe in science as a religion because their arrogance prevents them from accepting that someone may be above them on the universal org chart. You can't have a world where every man is their own god when there is a God above you, can you?

It's these scientifi-religious extremists who are calling for anyone who doesn't worship their ManBearPig god to be tried for crimes against humanity. They proclaim that "all debate is over" about global warming while REAL scientists are still trying to prove Einstein's Theory of Relativity. Heretics who dare mention the Medieval Warm Period are thrown into academic dungeons for their sins against the Church of Science.

As for Nancy Pelosi, that idiot was asked repeatedly about natural gas and she responded as if she was unaware that it was a fossil fuel, just like Evil Oil! (Her ignorance of her own religion is even larger.)

Mark Warner had a cheap shot that tickled his fellow travellers. Who cares if it wasn't true and based on smears and lies? As MC 900 Foot Jesus said, "The truth is out of style."
